Council Member Victoria Smith and Orinda Vision's Carol Penskar cozying up to one another and trying to discredit and distance Orinda Watch and our work on behalf of the citizens.  We can see just how close the relationship is between Ms. Penskar and Vicoria Smith in this letter and presumably Ms. Worth as well.
